More individuals are becoming aware of the importance of bitcoin in today’s environment. For those who previously had little or no faith in the power of digital assets, the events of the last few weeks have been a watershed moment.
Donations are flowing in from all over the world to support the people of Ukraine as the Russian-Ukrainian situation worsens. RELI3F isn’t left out, either, as they’ve launched an OpenSea NFT campaign to assist.
In particular, the web3 community supports Ukraine by bidding on 37 NFT collections at a floor price of 0.024 ETH. These NFTs are a collection of the community’s most important artists, including some Ukrainians.
According to the humanitarian aid campaign, all proceeds from the primary sale will go toward relief operations in Ukraine. Meanwhile, all earnings from secondary sales will be donated to relief efforts or used to benefit Ukrainian artists, charities, and/or art initiatives chosen by the participating artists.
According to RELI3F’s official Twitter feed, more musicians are reaching out to contribute to the RELI3F fund. They claim to have already contacted the Nova Ukraine team and co-founder to acquire medical supplies on their behalf.
Meanwhile, the organization announced that they have already distributed 185 ETH ($485 000) to Come Back Alive, Local Ukrainian Media, and Hospitallers. This comes after the community collected over $1 million (370 ETH) in less than 30 seconds to help Ukraine’s citizens.
